okay so i wrote this on a facebook status earlier today and it got 25+ likes so that means it must be correct, right?

“Is it just me that is constantly disgusted by the general customer service in most general pants stores? at least acknowledge my existence rather than starring me down like I’m not good enough for your attention because I’m not wearing the latest ksubi clothes and don’t have a balayage.”

how many of you agree with this statement? i fucking hate that their quality of customer service all depends on what you’re wearing/what you look like, and it’s not just one store, it’s ALL stores. if you don’t look cool and/or up to their standards, you do not exist to them. i work in retail and i know how annoying it is to be constantly approached by the employee’s every 2 seconds, but i’m not asking for them to come up to me and bombard me with shitty small talk and annoy me, all i want is at least a hello or acknowledgement that i’ve taken the time of day to go into their store, is it that hard? if i’m dressed in an entire outfit bought from the store, it’s like they’re my best friends, but today i wasn’t wearing anything from the store and it was like i didn’t exist, that doesn’t mean i don’t have alot of money to spend. i was considering spending at least $200+ in there (there being the warringah mall store) today but due to the shitty service and the horrible looks i was getting from most of the employee’s, i decided to go elsewhere. like, i literally got starred down by 2 girls. i actually felt like saying “are you going to fucking ask me how i am or what?”. i want to boycott this fucking shitty company regardless because they screwed me over so hard last year in regards to a job trial that was promised to me and i never got. fuck you general pants employee’s you pretentious wankers (this does not include the people i’m friends with that work there/i’m sure there are some nice people that do work there though/actually probably not).
